4. Because the staff is responsible for operating the equipment and estimating the length of paper, the quality and production efficiency cannot be improved
however, the production management system provides functions such as "synchronization", "automatic paper receiving" and "Overpass control". Through the high-speed calculation and memory ability of the industrial computer, it coordinates each single-sided machine in the wet end to control the stacking amount of the overpass in the most intelligent way according to the paper stacking condition and motor characteristics of the overpass, and ensures that the single tile paper will not have poor quality due to excessive vibration. In addition, under the condition of no automatic paper receiving machine and automatic speed reduction, the paper can be successfully changed within 3 meters by completing five paper receiving heads at a speed of 30 meters/minute. It achieves the function of timely and appropriate amount
